Remote Drupal Web Developer

About the role

We are looking for a talented Drupal Web Developer to join our remote team. In this full‑time contract position you will design, build and maintain complex Drupal‑based web applications, ensuring they are secure, performant and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop and maintain Drupal websites and custom applications.
• Create and customize Drupal modules and themes using clean PHP and JavaScript code.
• Integrate third‑party services and APIs into Drupal platforms.
• Perform core updates, apply security patches and keep modules compatible.
• Test, debug and optimise front‑end and back‑end performance to achieve high uptime.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge and document technical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, IT or equivalent practical experience.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience with Drupal 9/10.
• Strong self‑motivation, time‑management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required skills

• Drupal 9/10 development.
• PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
• Version control with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Local development using Docker.
• Headless/decoupled Drupal and automated testing.
