About the role

The Punong Guro Program Manager acts as the primary liaison between Teacher Leaders and the TFP organization, ensuring that educators receive the support they need to thrive in public schools. This role focuses on overseeing, coordinating, and continuously improving the educational processes and leadership journeys of participating teachers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between Teacher Leaders and TFP, facilitating clear communication and alignment.
• Oversee the implementation of professional development programs, ensuring they meet the needs of teachers and schools.
• Coordinate program activities, schedules, and resources to support effective leadership growth.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with school administrators and other stakeholders to integrate program initiatives into the public school system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in coaching individuals or groups for professional development.
• Background in designing, implementing, and managing educational programs.
• Strong understanding of teacher leadership and public‑school environments.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
