Program Manager CAV Program

About the role

The Program Manager for the Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (CAV) program will lead the planning, execution and delivery of this strategic initiative at NEUROLOFT. Based in Kosti, Sudan, you will ensure the program aligns with corporate objectives and customer needs while driving cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Define program scope, milestones and deliverables, and maintain detailed schedules.
• Coordinate and lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, product, operations and finance.
• Manage program budget, track expenditures and ensure financial targets are met.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and dependencies throughout the program lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance meetings, stakeholder workshops and change‑management activities.
• Continuously improve processes and drive best‑practice adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience leading complex, technology‑focused programs, preferably in connected or autonomous mobility.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Willingness to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Project management tools such as Jira, Trello and Microsoft Project.
• Project management methodologies and certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) – advantageous.
