Grants and Partnership Coordinator – Port‑Soudan, Sudan

About the role

Première Urgence Internationale is seeking a Grants and Partnership Coordinator for its Port‑Soudan office in Sudan on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. The role supports the country office’s fundraising and partnership activities, ensuring effective management of donor relations and grant implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and submit grant proposals to donors and manage the full grant lifecycle.
• Monitor grant performance, prepare financial and narrative reports, and ensure compliance with donor requirements.
• Coordinate partnerships with local and international NGOs, UN agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain a database of donors and funding opportunities, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for funded projects.

Required profile

• University degree in International Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in grants management or donor relations, preferably in humanitarian contexts.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
