Finance Controller

About the role

NEUROLOFT COMPANY LTD is seeking a Finance Controller to lead its financial operations in Kosti. The role is full‑time and on‑site, responsible for ensuring accurate accounting, timely reporting and robust internal controls to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and present financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.
• Manage the general ledger, perform month‑end and year‑end close processes, and reconcile accounts.
• Monitor budgets, analyse variances and support cash‑flow management.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Develop and improve financial policies, procedures and reporting processes.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to senior leadership for strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support operational initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA or CMA is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting and general ledger management.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kosti, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
