Egocentric Video Data Collector

About the role

We are seeking self‑motivated individuals to capture first‑person (egocentric) video footage of everyday activities. The recordings will be used to train next‑generation artificial‑intelligence models and humanoid robots. You will work remotely, wearing a head‑mounted smartphone or smart glasses while performing routine tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Record raw POV video of meaningful daily tasks in a realistic residential or workspace environment.
• Wear the provided head strap or smart glasses to capture hands and objects interacting naturally.
• Follow strict recording specifications, including stable lighting, landscape orientation, required resolution, and camera angles.
• Upload unedited video files and complete short metadata forms on the project portal within agreed timeframes.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team and re‑record clips that do not meet framing or duration requirements.

Required profile

• Access to a modern smartphone capable of 1080p video at 30 or 60 FPS.
• Ability to work independently and commit to delivering 4–20 hours of usable footage over the project timeline.
• Attention to detail to keep hands visible, avoid mirrors or reflections, and maintain steady framing.
• Strong privacy awareness to ensure no faces, personal documents, or sensitive data are captured.
