About the role
TalentWorldGroup is seeking fluent Croatian speakers to join a leading European travel‑tech platform as Pre‑Sales Representatives. Working remotely, you will engage homeowners, introduce them to the vacation‑rental solution, and guide them through the early qualification process.
Key responsibilities
- Contact homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing‑generated leads.
- Conduct pre‑qualification calls, asking about property details, licensing, pricing and availability.
- Accurately record lead information in CRM systems and assign qualified prospects to Sales Managers.
- Maintain detailed interaction logs and follow‑up records.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Required profile
- Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
- Experience in call‑center environments, sales support, lead qualification or customer service.
- Comfortable handling both warm and cold outreach calls.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage CRM databases.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Required skills
- Aircall – cloud‑based calling platform.
- Pipedrive CRM – lead and pipeline management.
