About the role
NTU International is preparing a proposal for the Support to the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The role supports programme implementation by providing administrative, operational and logistical assistance, including contract monitoring, financial reporting, and event organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor contracts and project activities to ensure compliance with donor requirements.
- Support financial reporting and budgeting for the programme.
- Organise meetings, webinars, workshops, missions and other events.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day project‑related tasks and logistics.
Required profile
- University degree in administration, project management, finance, communication, social sciences or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project administration, contract monitoring, logistics or operational support.
- At least 1 year of experience supporting donor‑funded or international programmes, with proven ability to organise meetings and events.
- Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
