Service Engineer

About the role

The Service Engineer will support the technical service network for construction machinery, ensuring high‑quality after‑sales support, warranty repairs, and customer satisfaction across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the service manager in overseeing technical service activities and evaluating distributor performance.
• Guide Liugong dealer after‑sales teams in on‑site warranty and repair work, providing technical support.
• Visit key customers regularly to maintain and strengthen relationships.
• Develop and deliver training programs on product maintenance for dealers and end‑users.
• Coordinate technical consultations, training, and spare‑parts procurement with users and the maintenance centre.
• Monitor product failure trends, report major issues, and contribute to technical improvements.
• Ensure timely submission of required service documentation in line with the Technical Service Manual.
• Facilitate communication between the office and internal departments to complete business tasks.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical design, mechanical repair or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining construction machinery.
• Familiarity with the structure, principles and performance of Liugong products.
• Proficient English reading, writing and communication (CET‑4 or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, innovative and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness and ability to work abroad for extended periods.
