Remote Croatian Pre-Sales Representative

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is looking for a Croatian‑speaking Pre‑Sales Representative to join a leading European travel‑tech platform. Working remotely, you will engage homeowners, introduce them to the platform, and guide them through the early qualification process.

Key responsibilities

• Contact homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing‑generated leads.
• Conduct lead pre‑qualification calls and assess suitability for the platform.
• Ask qualifying questions about properties, licensing, pricing, and availability.
• Manage and update lead information accurately within CRM systems.
• Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up and conversion.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑ups.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Required profile

• Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in calling environments, sales support, lead qualification, or customer service.
• Comfortable handling warm and cold outreach calls.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing CRM databases.
• Ability to multitask and manage follow‑ups effectively.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
