Program Associate

About the role

The Program Associate will support the implementation, configuration, and day‑to‑day management of KAP Technology solutions for i‑APS projects in Sudan. Working closely with program teams, clients, and the global KAP Technology unit, the role ensures smooth digital transformation and high data quality across humanitarian and development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure KAP Technology products such as TPMReady and KAP Course across projects.
• Customize digital tools to meet specific project and client requirements.
• Provide first‑line technical support and coordinate with the global KAP Technology team to maintain system functionality.
• Conduct onboarding, refresher training, and develop user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
• Monitor data quality, completeness, and consistency; maintain project trackers and system updates.
• Assist project teams in integrating KAP Technology into workflows and contribute to proposal development.
• Collect user feedback, recommend platform improvements, and identify market opportunities for KAP products in Sudan.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in deploying and supporting digital platforms (experience level not specified).
