Guest Relation Agent – Chinese Speaker (Saudi Only)

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Relation Agent who speaks Chinese to join our hospitality team. The role focuses on delivering memorable experiences for guests throughout their stay, from check‑in to check‑out, while ensuring smooth operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist Chinese‑speaking guests, providing personalized service and information.
• Handle check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently.
• Process operational requests, such as room assignments and service orders.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on guest interactions and operational tasks.
• Promote local attractions and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) and English.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and company policies.
