Business Development Operations Specialist

About the role

ImpactSphere Integrated Services is looking for a motivated Business Development Operations Specialist to support its expanding activities across Sudan. Based in Wad Madani, the role will also involve remote coordination with teams in Port Sudan, Kassala, Gedaref, Khartoum and other regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships and partnerships with government institutions, NGOs, INGOs and private sector entities.
• Identify new business opportunities and assess potential markets for import, export and general trading activities.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations and market assessment reports.
• Coordinate communication and cooperation between clients, partners and internal teams.
• Contribute to the company’s growth strategies and expansion plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Medical Engineering, Health Sciences or a related field.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, marketing, partnerships or related areas is preferred.
• Experience working with government institutions, INGOs or international organisations is highly valued.
• Strong communication, negotiation, networking and reporting abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of international trade, market analysis and partnership development.
