Senior Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) Manager

About the role

The Senior Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) Manager will lead integrated SRH programming in South and West Kordofan, Sudan. Reporting to senior IRC leadership, the role ensures high‑quality, context‑appropriate services for women, girls, adolescents and displaced populations affected by conflict and weak health systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic, technical and operational leadership for SRH interventions across health facilities and communities.
• Oversee delivery of family planning, maternal and newborn health, post‑abortion care, STI management, Minimum Initial Service Package (MISP) and Clinical Management of Rape (CMR) services.
• Strengthen quality of care, Basic Emergency Obstetric Neonatal Care (BEmONC), Emergency Obstetric Neonatal Care (EmONC) referrals, antenatal/post‑natal care and safe deliveries.
• Build provider capacity, ensure accountability, coordinate with partners and integrate SRH services into broader humanitarian response.
• Manage donor relationships, reporting and compliance for SRH funding streams.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in sexual and reproductive health programming in fragile or conflict‑affected settings.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage donor portfolios.
