Senior Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) Manager

About the role

The Senior Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) Manager will provide strategic, technical and operational leadership for integrated SRHR programming in fragile, conflict‑affected settings across South and West Kordofan. The role ensures high‑quality, context‑appropriate SRH services are accessible to women, girls, adolescents and displaced populations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead integrated SRH programming covering family planning, maternal and newborn health, post‑abortion care, STI management, Minimum Initial Service Package (MISP) and Clinical Management of Rape (CMR).
• Strengthen quality of care for Basic and Emergency Obstetric and Neonatal Care (BEmONC/EmONC), antenatal/post‑natal services and safe delivery referrals.
• Oversee service delivery in health facilities and communities, ensuring accessibility for vulnerable groups.
• Build provider capacity, promote accountability, and coordinate with humanitarian and early‑recovery partners.
• Manage donor relationships, reporting and compliance for SRH activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 7‑10 years of experience in SRH programming within humanitarian or conflict‑affected contexts.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale health projects and donor portfolios.
• Strong understanding of MISP, CMR, BEmONC and related clinical guidelines.
• Excellent leadership, coordination and communication skills.
