In-Country Sales Representative – Automotive Division

About the role

As the In‑Country Sales Representative for the Automotive Division, you will be the face of the brand in Sudan, linking the global headquarters with local automotive dealerships, distributors, wholesalers and fleet buyers. The role combines B2B account management, market analysis and proactive business development to grow domestic market share.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities with distributors, retailers, commercial fleets and dealership networks to expand market share.
• Serve as the primary local contact for existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, managing renewals and driving upsell opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, consumer behavior and regulatory changes to advise global leadership on product and pricing strategies.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical briefings and sales onboarding for distributor and dealership staff.
• Coordinate with international logistics and inventory teams to manage product distribution, customs clearance and local supply levels.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts, pipeline reports and territory evaluations using the enterprise CRM platform.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience within the automotive ecosystem.
• Native Arabic fluency and strong business‑level English (written and verbal).
• Established network of professional contacts in Sudan’s automotive, manufacturing or distribution sectors.
• Advanced analytical abilities and data‑driven decision making.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Experience using pipeline forecasting tools.
