Hostess – Chinese Speaker (Saudi Only)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Hostess who can speak Chinese fluently to support our Saudi‑based guests at our Marriott property. The role focuses on delivering a memorable dining experience while ensuring smooth communication between guests and the kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm first impression.
• Communicate guest orders and special requests in Chinese to the kitchen staff.
• Set and clear tables, maintain cleanliness of the dining area, and replenish supplies.
• Assist guests with menu questions, dietary needs, and any additional service requests.
• Collaborate with the service team to coordinate timing and delivery of food and beverages.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent spoken and written Chinese; basic English proficiency.
• Less than one year of hospitality or guest‑service experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) throughout the shift.
• Physical stamina to work in a fast‑paced environment.
