Welder/Fabricator – Stick, MIG & TIG Welding

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our production team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of welding processes and support equipment maintenance in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and fabrication drawings.
• Perform Stick, MIG, and TIG welding on a range of metal components.
• Operate Oxy/Acetylene and plasma cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on production equipment.
• Carry out general mechanic duties and routine equipment maintenance.
• Lift and move materials weighing 50 lb or more as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a welder, fabricator, or mechanic.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good driving record and willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Proficiency in English for reading drawings and communicating on the shop floor.
