Production Supervisor – Ready‑Mix Concrete

About the role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our ready‑mix concrete plant in Khartoum. The successful candidate will ensure that concrete orders are produced on schedule, meet quality specifications and adhere to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control production operations, guaranteeing that each concrete order is executed according to required quantities and specifications.
• Schedule and oversee preparation of concrete mixes, coordinating with the laboratory for mix design verification and test results.
• Track raw‑material inventory, production rates, operating times and downtime, recording reasons for any stoppages.
• Manage mixer loading sequences to avoid delays or order conflicts.
• Report operational issues to the direct supervisor and ensure cleanliness of equipment, mixers and production areas.
• Prepare daily production reports covering quantities produced, downtime and observations, maintaining accurate production records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field such as Operations Management.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in a ready‑mix concrete plant or similar production environment.
• Strong knowledge of ready‑mix concrete production processes, safety, security and quality procedures.
