Arabic Language Expert - Remote

About the role

We are a fast‑growing AI data services company seeking a native‑level Arabic Language Expert to help improve large‑scale AI models. Working remotely on an hourly contract, you will review AI‑generated Arabic and English responses, create high‑quality bilingual training content, and provide detailed feedback that enhances model accuracy, logic, and clarity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by writing detailed prompts and model responses in Arabic and English.
• Evaluate, rank, and compare AI‑generated answers for correctness, reasoning quality, and adherence to the prompt.
• Fact‑check information, identify methodological errors, and write clear explanations and model solutions.
• Test AI models for inaccuracies, bias, or cultural mismatches, especially for MENA localization.
• Apply detailed rubrics consistently across high‑volume, hourly tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, Translation, Arabic Language, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Native or near‑native proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic and at least one major dialect (Egyptian preferred).
• Minimum C1 English proficiency (reading and writing).
• 3+ years of professional experience in translation, localization, editorial QA, content quality, or linguistic review.
• Strong attention to detail, fact‑checking habits, and ability to spot reasoning gaps.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Prior experience with AI data training, annotation, or evaluation workflows is strongly preferred.
